My Mother was a resident at Regis Aged Care facility at Greenbank until her recent passing. They were proactive in finding a place for her at short notice and Mum's ongoing care has been superb since day 1. The compassion, integrity, humanity and empathy provided to Mum as an individual was clear within a couple of days. The accommodation and menu is 5 star, the entire facility is spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for any staff member. I would recommend Regis Greenbank to be your 1st consideration for a family member or friend.

Having to take respite I was apprehensive about putting my mum into a home for a two week stay. All the staff were absolutely amazing in helping to make my mothers stay go as smoothly as possible. They are all so caring and attentive to all the residents and my mum was so impressed with the level of care always given. I was expected just very basic food but the meals were beautiful and there was always plenty to eat. Thankyou to all the staff at Regis Greenbank.

Our Mum recently moved into Regis Greenbank. The staff have been so accomodating towards Mum and both my sister and I as well as our families. This has been a huge step for everybody but especially Mum. The staff have been wonderful from every aspect of the residence. We feel very comfortable knowing that Mum is being cared for in a caring and invested environment.

This review comes about after I moved my 88 year old father into Regis Greenbank in September 2020. He was previously living alone in his home of 45 years. His condition is slightly forgetful and has some balance problems but very healthy otherwise, so he's a low care patient. Moving is obviously a huge change for him but the staff were exceptional, everybody did their very best to welcome him and also me & my wife too. So after 5 months and a new nicer room he is settling in well, getting used to a new routine which is so important for our oldies. Regis staff have been a huge help to him from the carers who walk the hallways looking out for problems, to the cleaners and the chefs, right through to the upper management. I can honestly say Regis have made my job easier due to their constant caring attitude and sound management, it's such a big relief at a stressful time. Summing up, my father is more than happy with all aspects of care from the food right through to the daily activities, I'm so glad he likes living there.
