Dear Regis Embleton Although my friend had a very short stay I would like to share a few words on my experience for the first time with an aged care facility. I thank the lovely Chantal for welcoming my friend Beryl into Regis Embleton. From the moment I made the phone enquiry based on a friend's prior experience with her parents stay there - I knew this facility was the one. My 94 year old friend was in transition and unfortunately did not receive the proper care in the other facility so I made the decision to ring Embleton. I want everyone to know that from the moment my friend was transferred across to Embleton - the INSTANTANEOUS TENDER LOVING CARE that was GIVEN was so COMFORTING. I never had to be concerned as I knew that Beryl was being looked after with the RESPECT and DIGNITY she deserved. I personally want to THANK THE BEAUTIFUL OUTSTANDING STAFF that look after the residents. Each one of you play SUCH AN AMAZING ROLE to our loved ones who we ENTRUST in your daily care. Stand proud and continue the EXCELLENCE you give. To the ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS NITA I thank you for looking after Beryl. I wish you my very best and truly appreciated your kindness. THANK YOU REGIS EMBLETON AND THO BERYL NOW HAS RECENTLY PASSED ON - I WANT THE PUBLIC TO KNOW THAT YOUR LOVED ONE WILL BE LOOKED AFTER IN THIS WELL MANAGED HOMELY HOME.
