From the very first phone call from Regis for a tour to placing my Father into Regis Aged Care has been a smooth transition. The staff have been wonderful. All friendly and helpful, cheerful and polite. Regis Elermore Vale is bright and airy. Settling my Father into a new and strange environment for him has been easy. Thank you to all .

We toured here a year or so ago, all staff we saw were friendly & said hello to us first. The facility was bright, airy and felt very homely. We have since looked at other facilities and none compare with first impressions. It was lovely to see the interactions staff had with residents.

What a beautiful Facility , I had the pleasure of being invited for a tour of the facility with a family friend looking for care. It has a homely feel, you can tell the staff care as they made an effort to introduce themselves and asking questions about my friend’s care, this is clearly the facility that we would choose. Also I enjoyed a coffee in the cafe on my visit with Kylie, just a well thought out and managed facility. Well done Regis. JN
