My parents went to Regis Como for respite care, and then became permanent residents. The quality of care is very good and all staff are so friendly yet professional and keep you in the loop about the care they are delivering to your family member. The activities and outings that the residents receive is outstanding, they work so hard and deliver a full programme of activities each and everyday. I would highly recommend Regis Como to care for your loved ones. Thank you to each and every member of staff who work there!
I have worked at Regis Como for just over 3 years now and I love this facility. The team here are amazing and the family like feel to our home is so special.
I arranged for my Aunty who is 92 to go into Como House when her husband got ill and had to go to hospital. She ended up staying for over five weeks. I was very impressed with the gentleness and kindness of all the staff. The facility is spotless and the food is real food - surprise surprise - most facilities the food is mass produced and tastes like it! Fresh fruit every meal provided. The whole atmosphere is professional and friendly and very accommodating. They provide entertainment and activities consistently and regularly and the little garden areas are lovely. I have a lot of experience with aged care facilities having had other aged family members in other facilities. I highly recommend Como House as being a really great place for permanent aged care and respite.
