I myself have worked in aged care and this is not a place i would recommend, our family wishes we had thought to take my pop out of here to recieve his pallative care at home. While individuals here are absolutely lovely, the place as a whole is poorly managed. And managed is the operative word as management here perhaps do not have the level of compassion and respect for their residence that they should. It is definately understaffed and poorly maintained. Under staffing which led to my poor pop not being turned until requested by family members, morphine pumps running out of batteries and running out of medication leading to discomfort on part of the patient and distress to the family. Again this is not against indidvidual carers but this facility as a whole. I would at this point in time look elswhere.

Excellent facilities and staff. We are so pleased with our experience with Regis Bunbury. Both my grandparents and my wife's grandmother have been in this facility and the experience has been outstanding.
