Prague House is an aged care home dedicated to serving individuals who have faced homelessness or are at high risk of homelessness, particularly focusing on those with long-standing mental health or substance abuse issues. The facility includes various communal areas such as an upper floor lounge, lower floor dining room, multipurpose room, therapy room, and chapel.
It offers a range of activities including bus trips, arts and crafts, and music therapy. Weekly mass services are open to all denominations, and pastoral care is available. Staff support includes accompaniment to external appointments and provision of basic toiletries. Prague House enforces a "dry" policy, prohibiting alcohol on its premises.
