After Nan's aged care facility closed their doors suddenly I had to find something within days. This was also during lockdowns. The staff were so understanding and thoughtful. I could not had found a better place for my beautiful Nan. She loved it here, Eden (nurse) would dance with her, beautiful receptionist made a fuss about her, even the beautiful lady that does the laundry was so caring and loving. When Nan passed, she passed with all these angels around her. Thank you to all the staff from the bottom of my heart. Nan last year was amazing thanks to you all. Apologies to the staff I may not mentioned. You are all so beautiful. Bless you all. Love always, Arelys and Rosa (from heaven) xx
The staff here have to be the best in any nursing home in the country or at least equal to. They look after my Uncle (Arthur room 12). His having more fun at the nursing home than what he did at home with us. He plays bingo, various games, movies, social parties, it almost makes you look forward to getting old. Highly recommended from Craig.
they are taking extra precautions to protect their staff and residents and are making sure that nobody visits with any illness to spread amongst their vulnerable residents
