my mother passed in 2020 feburary palliative care was unforgettable, not good very distressing for myself my brother and more so my mother although ozcares letter sent to a family member was deffinetly not the same as how age care complaints found my complaints on my mother's care at this time they agreed with me in most issues I had placed in trainning needed in my mothers palliative care? documentation not good in areas of some good nurses and pcs age care complaints found all my issues to be true and there report more trainning at this facility needed I did not no that in 2019 trainning also was found to be needed on the age care quality site 5103 is the number of issues they failed in to be accrediated in 2022 september again so if 2019 needed trainning and my complaint 2020 oven more trainning two reviews were not changed as age care said it all comes under more trainning so I have to live with this report which I am mostly happy with any one wishing to contact me please do more than happy to discuss
I need to correct my review as above My complaint went in 2020 after my mother passed It was only finalized today in 2021 after reviews were done I was trying to recify
Brilliant Place and Friendly Staff, My mother is very Happy there. Only issue I have to have a flu shot card to enter place which can be annoying
