My Mother in law was there for a number of years, in her final years the staff left her unattended in the toilet/shower she fell and died some time later. Not a great place, but what other place is?

The warmth and care that is given to the elderly is second to none. The staff treat the residents more like family. My wife’s father, a recent resident of OG spent two extremely comfortable years albeit in declining health. During his last days in palliative care he was treated with respect and most importantly “dignity “. We were kept informed as to his condition every step of the way and were comforted by the fact that he was looked after in the best way possible We thank you Outlook Gardens and are very grateful in the way you cared for Jeff

Doing business with the Nursing home ..... staff seem great and very friendly. They are putting in place improvements to support system to provide better care for their residents.... i think this shows the calabre of the management and staff

Excellent care and attention for those you love. And there is a lovely spirit about residence. Guests are treated warmly and their care is of a very high standard.

I had an excellent pre-booked visit here to look around with my dad. The staff were very gracious and gave us as much time as we needed.
