Osboine Contemporary Aged Care

Osboine is a purpose-built aged care home with 106 single rooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom. It is organised into four sections, including a secure dementia care area named Gillon. The facility is located next to Swan River parkland and surrounded by established gardens.

Nursing staff provide a high level of care, supported by two local General Practitioners. Fresh meals are prepared on-site daily. Residents have access to extensive services including ADLS assistance, GP services, and mobility aids. Osboine also offers varied lifestyle programs.

The home features multiple lounge areas, three garden courtyards, and a Japanese ornamental garden. Additional amenities include a hair salon, a recreation area, and a family room with a private garden courtyard for gatherings.
