The care given to my Mum at The Pines Lodge Southern Cross is outstanding. The staff are caring, compassionate, warm and gentle. My Mum is so happy because she feels heard, cared for and loved Thankyou from our hearts to every single staff member at The Pines.
The Southern Cross residential Home is very handy to Coles Supermarket across the road. The Warradale pub around the corner. Train up the road and bus stop close by. The Home itself is made up of lovely big individual rooms with a lift to the 2nd floor. A beautiful Chapel with gorgeous stained windows/ doors! Great Dining rooms. And I'm told food great!
I,m so excited about this forum. It's a life time experience. As a matter of fact I want all the staff to still have patience an believes to get it more develop secure & safe.. To all readers have a nice an blessed day. More hard work input.
My mum lived here for 10 mths called it home The experiance even through Hard due to Cancer. Time came say goodbye to mum the staff where quite supportive. To all the staff I thank You for all your love and kind words mum loved it said this is my home saddly my mum passed away . In the end Im truly grateful for all the staff end of life was peaceful. Rest in peace mum 💜
Cannot RECOMMEND HIGHLY enough. Management & staff are EXCEPTIONAL. The STAFF ARE always FRIENDLY to us & are GENUINELY CARING & COMPASSIONATE towards my Mother. As a family, we could not have wished for better 24/7 care.
