About our home
Wallsend Aged Care Facility (WACF) is an accredited nursing home managed by the Ministry of Health through the Hunter New England Health District. It features 98 beds, including a 24-bed secure unit tailored for residents with challenging behaviours.
The facility is equipped with a large courtyard featuring a BBQ, a family room with amenities, a dementia garden, and a gym supervised by a mobility assistant and a physiotherapist.
