My mum Margaret went to respite yesterday for 2 weeks and when I left she had a smile on her face. Mum has stayed a couple of times in the past and has always had a good experience there. I would like to make mention and thank the two young delightful nurses Anita and Jinky that came in and gave mum a very warm welcome. They are worth their weight in gold and were very sweet to mum. It was lovely to see and made mums day. Also last but not least wonderful Nyree the Customer Support Manager. You are a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine wrapped up in one. You're very good at your job, very professional and respectful as well with a friendly, warm demeanour. Thanks for taking care of our much loved mum ❤

Both of my parents are in this Home as of last week. My Mother has been in there for over 2 years and my Father went in last week. The care that they receive is overwhelming. A big thank you to the Admin Staff for making this difficult family decision a little easier and to the staff on Level 2, a big thank you for your wonderful care you provide. Our family are very grateful.

Gratitude to North Lakes Terrace CC team for cares given to our Mother. We have noticed that Mum has been eating more than she has been eating at home. Thanks to the Chef, who has been flexible working with the family to complete menus. Thanked team members for assisting with all hygiene cares. Family know that Mum is in safe hands and they could not look after her at home the way Mum is being looked after here.

My family and I are very impressed with the diligence and excellent care provided by management and staff during a recent, and rare, COVID-19 outbreak. Management and RNs communicated regularly via email and phone, and advised that COVID positive staff and residents had suffered mild symptoms. Opal have managed vaccination procedures very well and this may have also helped to reduce the severity of illness. My Mother was double vaccinated by April 2021 and received a booster shot in December. As the infection numbers increased, we were concerned that the lockdown could be lengthy but it was under control within 3 weeks and the home is open again to visitors, and residents are able to enjoy activities and outings. Thank you to everyone at North Lakes Terrace Care Community.
