Whilst the global pandemic threw quite a spanner in the works and caused some issues over the last few years, I believe they did their very best under trying conditions. They showed such kindness and compassion for my mum (and myself) during her last days. Many staff came in to say goodbye and shed tears with us. They clearly do really care.

The executive manager was atrociously rude during phone conversation regarding my job application. Shame on you being a superior you should learn to provide a good customer service skills in the first place and give space for other person to talk instead dominating the entire conversation rudely.

This is a really nice facility, we were very lucky to get a placement here, the staff are very friendly and helpful , and to make it all worthwhile my mum loves it too, I’d recommend to anyone.
