Caring staff! Friendly and welcoming environment .
Lovely and quiet complex great people
Wonderful place to have relatives, extremely caring staff who go out of their way to look after the residents. My mother in law has just passed away at over 101 and she loved the place and treated it like her own home. It's the people that work there that make this place special. Amazing staff that looked after my 101yo grandmother for years; care about their residents. Very friendly, clean and comfortable surroundings. Would definitely recommend.
My mother has been living at Mercy Place Templestowe for just over a year. She receives excellent care and I have not felt at all worried about her welfare during that time. She often tells me how happy she is living there. The home has a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are all extremely helpful. The Management and Staff are to be commended on their commitment to keeping residents safe during the Covid outbreak and I would like to thank them for the dedication they have shown during this difficult time.
