Just moved my mum into Rice Village. She's happy here. Food is plentiful, of good quality and taste. She is says the staff are lovely. Daily activities for those that want to participate rooms are clean and tidy.
Despite strict Covid restrictions and rules the staff at Rice Village showed much kindness and compassion during our father's time in palliative/end of life care. The work can't be easy at times and as with all care homes financial pressures no doubt affect staffing levels but the RV team never seem to lose their collective sense of humour. Our mother is currently cared for at RV in the memory unit and we feel that she is in good hands for the remainder of her life's journey
Extremely rude staff member makes visiting dying relatives hell. This place should be reported to the Royal Commission.
