Care, Care, Care. Mercy Place Nixon is all about Care. From the manager to the cleaners the care that all the staff have for the residents is abundantly evident. It would be unfair to single out any of the staff because they are all so kind, gentle compasionate and loving towards the residents. There are three areas with 12 residents in each section. Each of the three sections have their own sitting and dining rooms and there is a central sheltered courtyard with sails to protect from the sun. The facility is also surrounded by a delightful garden. There is a kitchen on site and the residents enjoy lovely home cooked meals that can be varied for individual needs. There is an imaginative program director so there are plenty and varied things for the residents to be involved in. Above all this, though, is the care shown by the staff Well done everyone !!!!!
