MPEM has been worst place after new management took place . I was employee of this place I worked there for almost 3 years and just resigned 2 weeks ago . My partner was discriminated and some of our work mate too , I raised voice for her as she was in a very bad stage but I wasn’t allowed to raise voice for others. I send over thousands of email, mail about discrimination to HR and GM , GM and HR team made online meeting with me they didnt and still havent talked with my partner never solved or talked about this problem. I explained what happened and they knew everything but still they didnt took any actions , was very happy working in this place but I think they dont care about their employees but just care about money. Cutting the staff is the key to the management. Short staffing not calling agency and happy supporting the discriminaton and always prioritising CCC is their key in this palce. Not a safe workplace.

It is impossible to ring this place. I just keep getting cut off whenever i select 1 for reception. This seems to be regular issues judging from other reviews.

My mother Diana stayed here for respite after her stroke just over two years ago. She loved this place more than anything. The staff could not do enough to make her happy and the coordinator (Tess by memory) was so accomodating to our family in a difficult time. But I think my mother's favourite part was the entertainment in the lounge. The two gentlemen who sang and even gave her a special welcome one day just was such a delight for her, and made her think of early days dancing and socialising. We chose another place because it was closer to family. However, I think about this place often, and want to share with you all my appreciation and to let you know we were VERY grateful. Thank you x

Terrible, i tried to contact so many times to make inquiry but never heard back from them and the receptionist told all the time that the right person is not on the disk or call back tomorrow (even he also knows me that i am ringing back) and their tomorrow is may be next year. I am wondering how these places are running with so irresponsibly.
