Think carefully and do your search before Left after 4years of the job I use to enjoy coz of top management not having good understanding of the basics to run aged care facility. "Too many chiefs" Everyone is in for their own benefit whichever way. 32 Residents to 3PCW (personal care worker) Including 1PCW to do all Medications. The best think I have ever done the morning I walked away , now I see places that look after the residents.

Very good place for work, sadly management not allowed for getting agency staff when needed (short staff). Often these days, short of 5 staff is an usual work situation. No RN willing to help, so the team work was super poor. Management given voucher to stay back for double shifts of even pick up shifts. But beware this gift card vouchers sometimes given out to you if you lucky, and even when they are in your hands you not able to use it. Carer is always been the lowest and never be appreciated.

I have spent the past 4 years performing old-time music for the residents at TLC Clifton Views, bringing joy into their days on a regular basis. I've built a totally special relationship with these residents, yet the staff members have treated me as if I am a worthless inconvenience. It is so disappointing to see how nasty personalities from their staff members can affect the well-being of residents. These are people who only think of themselves, yet somehow they are in a position of care for elderly people. I have performed music for the elderly in aged care facilities all over Melbourne, most of which treasure entertainment for their residents, and judging by their staff, Clifton Views is absolutely not one of these facilities.

We recently visited Clifton Views as an option for permanent care for my mother. The staff were very helpful and considerate and instantly felt part of our family. The facility is modern and very well laid out with short distances to core areas on each floor, a bonus for elderly residents. We saw residents undertaking gym activities, and the overall vibe was one of great engagement. Make sure you consider this facility for the next step for your loved ones!

Great staff and beautiful environment. Mum has her own courtyard garden and large modern bathroom. The food is a bit lack lustre but that would be my only criticism! We are very happy and confident with the care and most importantly, mum really likes it.
