Great venue and amazing carer's good time kipping for visitors And COVID 19 testing provided at the Door
Never answer phones, I worry about my nan a lot never being able to get through. Danielle at the front is extremely rude not on one occasion it has been multiple! All in all there are some staff members that make me feel okay because they care and are meant for the job but I don’t really rate this place to be honest
Pleasant environment for the elderly. All staff wear uniform. One staff member seems to talk too loudly to residents when maybe she should talk a little more slowly. I will know more as time goes on.
Great staff and managers who care about the lifestyle and happiness of residents.
Worst staff and worst patient care. 95% of the staff is rude to the residents and the students on placement. The staff just orders and do all their work on students. Wouldn’t recommend it at all
