Over ten years I have seen Emmavale Gardens move from a family owned business into a professional, organised aged care facility offerring excellent services to residents. Whilst there is a small changeover of staff, there is a stable core to maintain continuity of knowledge. Director of Nursing has changed several times but with each change improvements do occur. Staff are caring and considerate in a challenging environment.
