Care staff are lovely. Facilty has sloppy procedures.
Respite care for dad. Friendly staff, appreciated my dad's humour. Clean and well laid out. Staff very busy so some delay with requests. Some sad and lonely residents in there but staff appear to do their best. Daily activities and meals are good.
The staff at the Noel Miller Centre took such good care of my dad. They are all such kind & lovely people. It’s a very nice facility with plenty of natural light & nice gardens and they do lots of activities with the residents, even those with severe dementia like my dad. Thank you all!
Excellent staffing and great team. Warm environment and good vibes as soon as you enter the facility.
We visited this facility a couple of days ago with the possibility of my father going into care here, we were shown around by the manager ( Leonie) who was lovely, and very helpful , we were very impressed with everything that we saw, highly recommended
