Very helpful and caring staff
Beautiful place for Elderly people. Excellent service .
They kept on phoning me and we had made an arrangement for the cleaner to arrive. I waited for over 2 hours but no one turned up. I then called the number and one man told me that he would be happy to postpone the arrangement for the next fortnight!. That was a joke! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!
My mother stayed at the Malvern Centre for two weeks in respite care. Despite it's high quality facade, I felt the facility lacked the human touch. She felt isolated and was asked to remain in her room after complaining about the food. Her appointed nurse did his job but could have been a lot more considerate on a personal level. Hearing aid batteries weren't checked, leaving her without hearing for most of her stay.
Beautiful nursing home that feels more like a normal everyday home . Like a big very caring family.The lifestyle staff have amazing activities to suit everyones interests. Ranging from music, word games craft, bowls and much more. Best Nursing home I have ever been to.
