Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, very beautifully bright and clean facility & very spacious, residents seem quite content and happy 😊
My wife is well cared for there. Meals are good and staff are helpful.
Don’t understand how they are getting 5 star ratings? Must be staff? My mother has been in there for the last 2 weeks in respite and the service there is appalling. She had to call me three times in one day as the carers did not answer her call bell. My mother can’t walk and is terminally ill. They even withhold her pain medication. This place doesn’t care about their residents at all! One of the staff even told my mum to stop calling me when they don’t respond to her call bell. Just horrible, can’t wait to get her out of there!
Would not send my worst enemy here. Poor food and insufficient staff. Did not notify me of my mother's rapid deterioration and my family found her on the floor several times and had to alert staff. Took more than 24 hours to advise me she had been taken to hospital just before she died. Awful.
My mum lived there for nearly 3 years and loved everything about it, the staff and the other occupants
