The Mayflower Reservoir staff are caring for our mother during her most challenging time in her life. As her siblings we could not have asked for a better place for our mother to be comfortable, looked after and staff so caring for her needs. All the staff are exceptional and are special which makes as siblings feel at ease that our mother is in a safe place. Special thanks goes out to all nursing staff and careers. Thank you

Received an unsolicited, unaddressed flyer for this aged care facility in our mailbox today despite large and clear signs on our mailbox stating 'Addressed Mail Only' and 'No Unsolicited Advertising Material'. If we can't trust them to obey postal regulations can we really trust them to care for our elderly?
I would like to thank management and staff at Mayflower Reservoir for keeping my auntie safe and well, as well as all the other residents during these tough times. You guys are amazing and do such a great job. Thank you for all the messages and keeping us up to date and making us feel reassured. I miss visiting Mayflower Reservoir and seeing the friendly team. I know that my auntie is well looked after and is in good hands. I am very grateful that she is in Mayflower.
