Improve meals cleaning of residents rooms is of a low standard and station desks have no staff available a lot of the time.

Definately need to improve cleaning residents rooms and outside areas
My grandmother lived here for many years. The place has improved a lot over this time, with much upgraded facilities. The staff always seemed quite friendly and helpful. They could definitely work on their cleaning of the residents bathrooms however. They should also put a lock on the bean lid on the public coffee machine. I saw a resident putting her hands in there and playing with the beans.
