I was dead against my nan going into a nursing home. Unfortunately it was decided that getting her into a home sooner than later was the best option due to her dementia and rapid decline. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised and am really happy with Marcus Loane House. There's nothing I could possibly complain about. Staff are attentive, kind and caring and go out of there way making sure everyone feels comfortable. The use of the care app is great and even though I can't be there all the time I feel like I know what's going on. The rooms are really nice and my nan who was reluctant and unhappy about going, says she has nothing to complain about and that the staff are really nice. Sharmane Azurin (Facility Manager) has gone above and beyond our expectations with regards to communication and says to call at anytime if we want an update on how she's going or if we have any concerns. Thanks to all the staff who have made this difficult decision pleasant. 🙂 I highly recommend Marcus Loane House
