I use this establishment for rehabilitation services in the gym twice a week to improve my physical strength & balance
Beautiful place, staff are caring and friendly. Definitely put me there when I can no longer look after myself.....
Staff nowhere to be found. Residents are leftalone. My mums ring was stolen and after many complaints I'm still told it was my fault. There's no checking or asking for ID when people or visitors come in. No one seems to care and when they are questioned they then threaten to end the ph call. Extremely unprofessional and taking my mum out asap. Do not let your loved ones be placed there..I would put no stars but unfortunately I have to put 1 star
Have attended, on and off, for well over five, plus, years. Great exercise gym for the Council (?) elderly, watching and studying as we age. Mannacare now an independent authority under current elderly care laws. But the physio, medical and ancillary staff are quite efficient, diligent and caring. Good place for older citizens to enjoy and keep reasonably fit and healthy. No swimming pool, though!
Been using for last 5 years plus. Great gym for elderly. Was council, now under Gov. guidelines now Mannacare, a private enterprise. Not much different. But - excellent staff. Excellent activities. Sundry health services, too. Highly recommend!
