My mother was at Magnolia for over 2 years and the service she received from management to the laundry was top class. The staff are 5 star with caring,love and understanding and friendly staff not just to mum but all residents. The food was great also. I couldn't have asked for a better place for mum to be in and l didn't have to worry about how mum was being cared for. Magnolia there isn't enough words to say Thank You from not just my heart but also my mum's. Xx
My mother died in this place they call aged care. Understaffed and poor training. They don't follow up so much miss communication One thing there good at is charging its never ending. The big sell at the start is a total joke as far as costs are calculated. So homes continue to get a bad name because of this. So sad.
We've just started to move our grandmother to this facility. So far, Mel, the admin person has been extremely helpful towards us and has taken her time to explain how the process works with a great deal of patience and flexibility. Her reassurances that our loved one will be taken care of whenever needed have been a big comfort to us. The place looks lovely so far and the rooms look better than some private hospitals I've been to. Thank you, Magnolia!
