Caring staff but terrible management. Whilst the staff do the best they can, they are terribly understaffed and the management have a lack of empathy and don't respond to queries or complaints.
The decision to place my mother in law in this facility was the worst decision we made. They are always understaffed and management display a lack of duty of care when complaints are raised. All they care about is money at the end of the day. If you thinking about placing yourself or your parent/s in this bottom pit .. please reconsider as what you see is definitely not the care that is given when you are not there.
Disgusted to hear of the mistreatment of a friends loved one in the facility. Absolutely disgusted!
Disgraceful management, poorly understaffed, I’m thankful my family aren’t in this facility!!!!
My father has just completed a 6 week respite stay with St Andrews. Every aspect of his stay was excellent, including his room which was very clean, the food was nutritious, varied and in abundance (not slop). All the staff were attentive and friendly and nothing was too difficult for them. I would recommend St Andrews very highly.
