The communication from the home is poor at best, the receptionist was rude and unsympathetic. Even taking into consideration the current situation with COVID, I think they facility could do much more to communicate with families the protocols for visits and calls, and it would help if they shared this with their staff so we actually got correct information, rather than contradictions.
