One of the best work place I worked ever in my career. I can’t believe I been working 4 years with wonderful organisation. management is so helpful, giving them100% efforts for Residents and staff . Lexington Garden can be the best home for your loved one .Due to long way travelling I have to moved with heavy heart. One of the most difficult times in life is placing an elderly love one into care . After inspecting several nursing homes we choose Allity Springvale and we haven't looked back . The staff are beyond caring and compassionate especially during the pass 18 months of Covid which was handled very professionally and the communications was incredible with any of our concerns . It is a multicultural aged care which has been wonderful for my Mum celebrating the diverse holidays ..The stamp of approval has been asking my mum if she is happy and her reply was of course I am happy I am looked after like a princess everyone is so friendly and caring the food is delicious we have different activities daily and lovely outings what more do I need ... would highly recommend!!

Lexington Gardens is a multicultural Home. To ensure that we deliver optimal care to our residents, we have got staff who speaks residents’ languages and AUSLAN to communicate with our deaf residents. we also have got great relationships with families as we value our open disclosure policy. We have got a head chef who have been looking after our residents for almost 20 years , his cooking is like magic, he puts smiles on everyone’s face. I’m so honoured to be part of this amazing team whose vision is to make everyday the best it can be for our residents.
