Kerrisdale Gardens is an architecturally designed aged care facility, featuring 62 beds, 23 independent living apartments, and 26 villas, located in a coastal residential area. The facility includes a community dining room, kitchenette, lounge, outdoor deck, and additional social spaces.

Kerrisdale Gardens provides a variety of onsite services such as a café, pharmacy, hairdresser, chapel, children's playground, Wellness Centre with physiotherapy, allied health services, and a medical suite. For transportation, the facility offers a bus service for community engagement.

An Activities Officer organises various resident activities like movies, art, crafts, and outings. There is also a library and a function room. Residents can personalize their spaces with personal items.
