My mum moved in here and it is an amazing facility unlike any other aged care place I have seen . Not only is the facility 5 star so are the staff and the service . Sadly mum only got to enjoy being treated like a guest for a short time and after her passing the staff at Karingal and in the head office acted with great professionalism in a caring way . Highly recommended

Wrong information conveyed to family member about status of resident; verbal requests of resident trumped by 3rd party written information of dubious integrity despite witness of AHPRA registered RN to resident wishes about agency of resident.
Great staff who go above and beyond to keep residents safe and well cared for. 24/7 nursing, modern facilities, and 5 star luxury accommodation.
