I wonder if it's the same receptionist that was there over 4 years ago when my mum was there...she was one of the most uncaring rude people I have ever met. Still-what goes around comes around. I hope so anyway. Other than her it was great.
The whole facility is clean and neat (I would rate it 5 stars), most staffs are friendly and nice but shame on their receptionist (I can only rate 0), what is up with this human being? She's very cold, rude and speaking down on people, can't see her whole face but her eyes and her voice is enough for us not wanting to visit this place. Perhaps she needs more training on how to be nice and how to smile, it's part of the job as a front line person!!!!! Especially toward Asian people, no one owe you anything, you are not doing us a favour by showing your grumpy face! Enough is enough!!!
My mother receives great care here. But she struggles with depression and schizophrenia.. it would be good to see her being encouraged into activities with the other residents. Other than that the staff are very friendly and handling COVID protocol very well to ensure the safety of all residents.
