My mum spent her final weeks here. I cannot rate the staff too highly. They were so kind and supportive as mum reached palliative care - I was given a bed in her room so I could stay with her. The on-site doctor was very understanding and organised the medications she needed. I was able to just be her daughter and not a carer, companion, cook and nurse. I will be forever grateful to the amazing staff at Joseph Banks.

My late mother, Hilary Hollands, spent the last five years of her life in Joseph Banks Aged Care home in Canning Vale. We would have to say that the staff at this home, from top to bottom, are the most fantastic and caring people that we have ever known. Their help and concern for my mother was overwhelming and they made her stay with them so comfortable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this facility to anyone who was contemplating it.
