Excellent customer service
Our mum was here for 2 and half years. The nursing staff became like our family. They took care of mum like she was one of their own family members. What a lovely nursing home with some amazing people. Thank you for being so wonderful to us and also to our dear mum
When you put a loved one in care you expect them to be loved and cared for, this is exactly what we got. The nurses showed love and compassion, in what was a tough time for our family. I can not recommend this nursing home enough.

No Accommodation fee for respite
You will only pay the Basic daily fee and may pay an additional services fee.
Concessional residents welcome
Ian Brand Residential Care supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
