Very helpful staff, they give there best , there salary most be increased so that they will do more better. It is not easy task to care old age people. All are not bad but few of them have unusual behavior, it makes everyone frustrated. Stop giving bad reviews. Better take care yourself and you will understand the value of the word care.

Food is appalling , patients are left to fend for themselves at meal time most patients leave their food and gets put in the bin. Only noticed 1 patient out of 15 approximately being fed by the staff.the rest were left to feed them selfs, shame on this establishment and their staff. One patient had a cheese tomato beetroot and pineapple sandwich,

This is the second home my parents are in and it is superb. From the moment you enter the main entrance you are greeted by a friendly yet professional receptionist that helps you sign in and is more than willing to answer any of your questions. My mother is under constant supervision and the staff are wonderful, caring and have patience of saints. Her room is decent size and has it's own bathroom and tv. There is a large common lounge area where the patients and staff interact, can play games or sing karaoke, play bingo etc. My stepfather's room is large and more like a generous motel room, with its own bathroom, mini kitchenette and sink, a desk and wall mounted tv. There is a lounge area next to his room which is fitted with lounges and a large TV and also outside facilities and seating. There is a movie room, bus tours can be organised and a dining are. The other great thing is that pets are permitted to visit on a lead. Naturally only better mannered animals should be taken which can be great therapy and put smiles on staff, patrons and visitor's faces alike. Overall the premises are spotless and have a warm feeling and the staff are efficient and friendly. The patrons are treated respectfully and it is truly up the top for quality. Cannot praise highly enough and highest recommendations.

Extremely bad place! They never took good care of my grandma. She was completely unsafe there! Nurses are not at all nurses. They are just there to entertain. Care is really extremely bad! Stay away!!!!
