I was studying there and was treated very badly not much attention with care and interaction with residents evening staff are way better
Very caring Staff and Management. Staff are overworked most of the time due to understaffing.
Looks Efficient. Shady outdoor areas for perambulating and sitting. Even has a smokers area.
Very nice facility impressed. They have a cosy cafe great way for residents to be able to invite friends and share afternoon tea with them without going out
The staff at Howard Solomon gave wonderful care to my mum. There was adequate staffing with access to lots of allied health care providers. The facilities were lovely and there were many activities that mum was assisted to attend. We couldn't speak highly enough of this facility.
