The staff are very good with the residents l do feel hygiene is very important, and all Lounges and carpets should be steam cleaned on a regular basis if a resident urinates on a Sofia the staff do nothing take the person back to his room and that Sofia someone else will go and sit there, instead of removing it to get it cleaned, this is why, in rooms carpets and chairs to be thoroughly cleaned so the place and rooms are refreshed and make the place where you enjoy visiting your loved ones. The staff are good with the resident's needs, call if there is an issue with one of your loved one and having a hairdresser there is very convenient for all residents to look there best. All in all happy with there care.
Nice centre, clean most staff are friendly and approachable.
