About our home
Aegis Hilton Park is an 'ageing in place' facility offering a variety of accommodation and lifestyle options. It consists of five wings, each named after local rivers, with one, the Blackwood wing, specialised for dementia care. Rooms are air-conditioned and feature large ensuite bathrooms.
Each wing has its own lounge and dining areas, plus access to extensive gardens and courtyards. Among the facility's amenities are a sensory therapy room, hydrotherapy spa, library, hairdressing salon, and two function rooms available for booking. Additionally, there is a barbecue area and a café open to residents and visitors.

Staff are unhelpful after numerous times of asking for help always told I'll be back. Meanwhile my mother was waiting for 30 minutes or longer.
I have a family member here. She is well looked after by staff she enjoys the chats and company of other residents very free to do as you please. I have found the staff to be very helpfull and friendly when i visit. The little cafe area is great for a coffee when visiting.
Mum has been in care here for 3 yrs and is well looked after. She is shown lots of love and respect by the wonderful staff
