I rang phone at helping hand nearby our home and I asked her if I can drop the resume if there is any job vacancy. She told me to apply online so I have prepared the resume and after I returned back from overseas, I will definitely apply there. I have certificate III in Individual Support and Disability and finished my Master in professional accounting from Central Queensland University. I have talked with the lady staff and she was very polite and friendly. Thank you

My grandfather is in this place and some of the staff are rude and need to go back and retrain in what happens to a person's mental state that is uncontrollable and unrecognised by staff with inadequate training in there state of mind in there level of dementia ( frontal lobe). Not enough nurses to cope with the capacity of numbers of residents and needs to be more attention to each persons wound care.
