A caring and supportive residential facility. Amy, the Lifestyle Co-ordinator is informative and has been most helpful with my visits to residents. All nursing staff I have come in contact with have been kind and friendly to residents and me. This is a large complex offering a variety of accommodation options. There is a Cafe on the ground floor, just past Reception and a lovely Gift shop as well. Although parking is limited (street only) I have always found a park, relatively close. *Be aware COVID-19 has placed extreme pressure on Administration to ensure all residents and staff are protected. You must be Triple Vaccinated for COVID-19 and have had a recent Influenza vaccination. *Allow 20-30 minutes to process through the main entrance. A RAT test, followed by temperature check and sign in. There is help available if you need assistance.

A caring supportive aged care facility, beautiful residents and although the work load can be demanding and challenging as it can be in any RACF this is one of the best aged care facility around.

Went there to pick up some gear for a friend, bit of a drama with booking in as had to show proof of Covid vaccination and flu vaccination. Place looked tired and maybe a refurbishment program would help, staff were friendly enough, but insisted on seeing vaccination records before entry, fair enough in the circumstances
