About our home
Havilah Residential Aged Care Units features 110 bedsit units, each with private en-suite facilities, and provides specialised care for dementia patients. The facility is equipped with award-winning gardens, a variety of communal spaces including two recreation areas, a men's shed, and a private function room for events.
Residents can engage in numerous activities and services such as hairdressing, podiatry, therapies, GP visits, and various social events including bingo and choir. Melaleuca House, a part of Havilah, offers private dining with a kitchenette and a lounge that opens onto a balcony. Additional amenities include access to AUSTAR, WIFI, and a bill-paying service for personal and external services.

Is a kind caring place. Clean modern facility. Staff are friendly and covid standards are good.
Residents are well protected from Covid virus with the rigid check in procedure. Andrew was very helpful along with the nurse who did the covid test and the other staff who brought lunch and afternoon tea
Fantastic place. Looked after mum so well she wants to go back. Staff are fantastic, plenty to do,food is fantastic.
The staff are kind, attentive and compassionate. They work with both the residents and their family to meet the needs of the residents. The food is good. The facility is clean. There are lots of activities both in and out of the facility. Thoughtful, well run community based facility.
