My aunt and uncle have been at Hakea Grove since May. I visit every week. The place is always clean and the staff very friendly, caring and helpful. The way they have decorated the place for Christmas and the many activities planned for the season is amazing. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for residential aged care for a loved one.

Went on a tour of this facility recently with my elderly mother. Its pleasant, clean, but location of gardens has bit too many native trees and bushes for my mother's allergies. Long delays prior to entering, due to additional tests and info required in NSW Aged Care facilities now. Allow extra 15 to 20minutes befire an appointment or visiting.

I went there to visit and old neighbour and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was. I was only there for a while but everyone seemed happy and the staff were all friendly and professional. I cant say what it is like from a residents point of view. I also noted that their Covid procedures were extremely good and thorough. From my experience it gets a five stars from me.

I came from Sydney a few times to visit a dear friend,who had been there for around 8months until her recent passing. The place is very clean,spaces and the staff are so friendly especially to those that live there. If I lived closer I would recommend Hakea Grove if or wen I couldnt be at home any more.
