My grandma is looked after here, and she always tells me that she is being treated well and the staff go above and beyond to care for her needs. I would recommend hardi aged care for those looking for a place for their loved ones.

Well planned, spacious, clean, friendly and professional. The manager is full of compassion and knowledgeable about someone moving to aged care. Highly recommended.

This place doesn’t deserve a rating🤬 my poor grandmother was put in there and she was 97 and dying. She had had a stroke and couldn’t walk. She was in a lot of pain, like 10 out 10 and the nurses knew this. They told us she was just moaning! Her whole body was aching and they were trying to give her Panadol, she couldn’t swallow or eat as she would just throw up everything and anything. After two weeks of this we demanded to see the doctor who only then they gave her morphine patches at 5 mg. Once again this was not working and one of the nurses said she could tell the difference between whinging and pain 🤬 we spoke to the doctor again and it was only then they started injecting morphine every hour. It makes me sick to the stomach the lack of empathy and unsympathetic these nurses were. All they needed to do was keep her comfortable before she died. The day she died one nurse said that she ate all her breakfast and was happy. My grandmother hadn’t eaten anything for the last three week, she would have a sip of water and lucky to have had a spoon full of mash potato. They lie!!!!! Never believe a word they say. Do not put anyone you love in this nursing home, the treatment is appalling and they have no idea.
