Hopeless to get anyone on the phone ever ... how does one get to speak to loved ones, you desperately need a new comm's system. 9 x calls ... no answer ... I will persist with this poor service .. this worries me as to the level of care for in-house residents .. if one can't call them direct in today world then you are indeed archaic ... modernise your system for all us concerned friends & family ...
