Rude receptionist
These guys are doing a great job with the older citizens. Hats off to staff and management on their amazing work.
Recently joined the Goondee team and I must say this is a delightful place to work. We have a strong family culture with both residents and staff of whom I am becoming very attached.
My mum is in Goondee Aged Care for 60 days (2018 to early 2019). We are extremely happy with the service; the place is clean, the staffs are very caring and always ready to help. The nurses are aware of each of resident health and prompt to act if there are issues. My mum was well look after, she is clean and her room is clean and most important of all she is happy. Jason the accountant is very helpful in all aspect of admission and accounts. Highly recommend for respite care.
