This is not the place for your loved ones. Staffing numbers are extremely low and the staff who are there tend to hide in the office. When visiting, you would be lucky to see one staff member in a two hour period. The food is not nutritious and doesn’t come close to what elderly people require eg party pies for dinner. Physical therapies are non-existent. Rooms are small. Cleaning is minimal, laundry is piled in baskets in the corridor.
