We have visited friends and family in many aged care facilities in Qld but without a doubt Glenbrook stands way out in front. With thorough health vetting of visitors ( I doubt you could get in here with an overgrown toenail) to the caring and attentive staff, particularly nurse Wendy. We were absolutely amazed at this facility. Great work Qld Health.
The woman at reception i think she said her name was Glenda was so rude over the phone that i will not ever call there again. Let alone entrust my family to their care.
